Thank you for your purchase. This store sells a combination of print-on-demand products and non-print-on-demand (stocked) items. Return eligibility depends on the type of product purchased. Please review the applicable section below.
1. Print-On-Demand Items
Print-on-demand products are created specifically for each order. Because of this, returns and exchanges are accepted only for fulfillment issues.
Eligible Reasons
We will replace or refund print-on-demand items if they are:
- Defective
- Misprinted
- Incorrect (wrong item, size, or design sent)
Requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery.
Not Eligible
Print-on-demand items are not eligible for return or exchange due to:
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- Incorrect size selection by the customer
- Normal wear and tear
- Items returned without prior authorization
2. Non-Print-On-Demand Items
Non-print-on-demand items may be returned within 15 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- Original packaging is intact
- Proof of purchase is included
Exclusions
The following non-print-on-demand items are non-returnable:
- Digital products or downloads
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final-sale items (unless required by law)
3. Reporting a Problem
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 15 days of delivery and include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once reviewed, we will issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.
4. Refunds
If your return or claim is approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue resulted from our error
- Refund processing times depend on your payment provider

6. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
- We are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments
7. Lost Packages
Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted within 15 days of the estimated delivery date. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Refund and Return Policy, and any disputes arising out of or related to purchases made through this store, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any legal action or proceeding arising under or relating to this policy shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the Commonwealth of Kentucky, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that may not be waived under applicable state or federal law.
